The Comfort INN is a seven story hotel with 127 guest rooms as well as many public service areas. An additional five story professional building on the same property has multiple tenants including medical offices and retail shops. Increasing comfort and lowering operating costs was a priority.
Various energy efficiency measures were implemented on the property including a roof replacement, an LED lighting retrofit, new gas boilers to replace the electric boilers in the professional building, HVAC core unit replacement, insulation and air sealing, as well as digital comfort controls.
The property at 16220 Frederick Road consists of both a Comfort Inn and separate office building with office/retail space.
